Poplar Bridge Traffic Study Underway!

The City of Bloomington has hired SRF Consulting Group, Inc. to perform a traffic study of the Poplar Bridge Neighborhood (Normandale Blvd to France Ave, 84th St to 94th St) to develop possible traffic calming solutions within the study area.

A Study Advisory Committee has been formed that includes neighborhood residents, business owners, public safety, and City staff. More Information
